Yes, thanks for spotting it. I stumbled across that at the weekend too. For
some reason I'd commited to memory that PI's hung off the Document. I
vaguely remember seeing an email about it a while ago.

I've given ProcessingInstruction the single / double tree and immutable /
mutable treatment. I'll post a URL to the patch soon.
