[jdom-interest] JDK 1.1

The Jaxen XPath engine depends on JDK 1.2.  Now that we're including
Jaxen XPath by default, we have a decision to make.

1) Drop support for JDK 1.1.  It's 2003, after all.

2) Get a custom build of Jaxen supporting JDK 1.1 and make the build
include them if necessary.

I lean strongly to #1.  Esp since I don't even have a JDK 1.1 system
around to build with anymore.
