[jdom-interest] Installing jdom in the Java Web Services Dev Pack

Most of the JWSDP uses ant build files, so you could add it in there.
Alternatively, you can drop it in your extension directory, or setup
the CLASSPATH.  I haven't actually used JDOM and JWSDP in the same
project, myself.
