[jdom-interest] Released Snapshot jdom-2.x-2011.12.07.09.37.zip

Hi all, I have released. This contains no significant new functionality, 
but it reduces the download size by splitting the 'development' jars 
from the 'runtime' jars.

Additionally, FindBugs identified a potential circular construction 
dependency I introduced in the new JDOMConstants class.

Please take it for a whirl.
