<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Worst case is that it has a runtime performance twice as good as existing one. Best case I have had is 20 times faster (With data that the existing verifier hates).</FONT></P>
<P><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Could people with better test/performance resources please run it.</FONT>
