[jdom-interest] Xerces version

It looks like the version I got was 1.2 (I am running it with 1.3 however
and have not found any problems yet.) If you look in the xerces.jar there is
an 'info' file that has the version in it. (e.g Xerces_Ver_1_2_0.info)
